Open your Hearthstone install directory.

  • Windows: Go to C:\Users\*YOUR USER HERE*\AppData\Local\Blizzard\Hearthstone
    Or paste %LOCALAPPDATA%\Blizzard\Hearthstone into your start menu and press enter.
  • Mac: Go to /Users/*YOUR USER HERE*/Library/Preferences/Blizzard/Hearthstone
    If you’re afraid of the terminal, you can find your Library folder through the Finder by Option-clicking “Go” and selecting “Library”.

Once you are inside the install directory, open options.txt

Insert the following to the bottom of the file:

targetframerate=0
vsync=0

A framerate target of 0 is infinite, you can also set it to any framerate you want, such as 144.
A vsync of 0 disables vsync, which is recommended but not required.
